Yes. Submitting the withdrawal form notifies us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Products must still be returned according to our return instructions before a refund can be processed.

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period starts on the day you receive your order.

Once you have submitted your withdrawal request and returned the products, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or from the moment you provide proof that the products have been sent back whichever comes first. Refunds are issued using your original payment method at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
