Cutter Rings Save Time
The included cutter rings are mounted onto the spools and combine a line clip with an integrated cutter. The end of the line is secured in the clip to prevent it from unspooling unintentionally. When you need line, simply pull the end from the clip, unwind the desired length, and cut it using the built-in blade. The cutter features ultra-sharp blades from Solingen, made of high-alloy stainless steel with a gold-colored titanium nitride coating. These effortlessly cut through any type of line, monofilament, fluorocarbon, or braid, no matter how thick or tough.
