Orders & Shipping
To which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship across the world, we often get the questions if we ship to: USA, UK, Poland, Latvia, Ireland and Canada, the answer: YES WE DO!

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and more.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 – 3 business days.
- For other countries in Europe, please allow 3 – 7 business days.
- For other countries in world please allow 8 - 12 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If it's not working you can always send us an email, we repy fast.
What are your shipping costs?
- Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders over €75.
- For other European countries, shipping is free on orders over €125.
- We ship within 1–2 business days, and most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.
Returns & Warranty
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the product is in its original packaging. All info for your returm you find on the shipping and handling page

Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. After placing your order, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email. If you need a formal invoice with company details or VAT, just send us a message with your order number, we’ll send it to you.
What if my product arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a few photos of the issue, we’ll sort it out quickly and make sure you get what you paid for.

Where is Charlie’s Fishing based?
We’re based in the Netherlands. Our warehouse and operations are fully run from here, but we ship worldwide. Find all details here

Yes, Charlie’s Fishing is primarily an online store, this allows us to focus on quality, fair pricing, and delivering straight from our hands to yours.
But you can also find us at fishing expos and trade shows throughout the year, keep an eye on our socials for updates!
