The Savage Gear 3D Line Thru Whitefish is built from a real 3D scan of a whitefish, so the body shape and the scale detail come straight from the fish itself. At 17 cm this is the smallest of the range — the profile to reach for when a big bait gets followed but not taken.

Work it with gentle twitches and pulls and it glides smoothly from side to side. Add a pause and it settles and sinks at a moderate rate, hanging in front of the fish just long enough — which is where most of the takes come. The chin ring lets you adjust that sink rate on the water instead of changing lure.

Because it is a Line Thru bait, the line runs straight through the body. On the strike the rig separates from the lure, so the fish cannot use it as a lever to throw the hook, and the bait survives fish after fish.
