Kaesu is a Japanese lure brand built for anglers who want technical action, strong presence in the water and a different trigger than a standard European hardbait gives them. Kaesu KRK 165 and KRK 205 Big Baits

The KRK range is for anglers who want a big bait that does more than swim in a straight line. Both models use Kaesu's Reload Weight System, so you adjust buoyancy yourself and fish the same lure from surface work down to deeper presentations.

The KRK 165 measures 165 mm and weighs 49–57 g — the more manageable option for pressured water or a slightly lighter big bait setup. The KRK 205 measures 205 mm at 86–98 g and brings a far larger profile for serious pike, big bass and other large predators.

Fish either one when you want a bait that can slide, wake, dart, swim an S-curve or be worked on sharp rod input — around weed edges, shallow flats, drop-offs and in open water.

Kaesu OHIRA – Flat-Sided Cranking Joint Bait

The OHIRA is a 165 mm floating joint bait built around medium-sized big bait cranking. Its high, flat-sided body produces a strong wobble without rolling out, while the joint and the elastomer tail keep moving during pauses, rises and speed changes. Kaesu lists it at 42–49 g, with adjustable tungsten weight balls and float balls to fine-tune buoyancy.

This is the lure for covering water with a bigger crank-style presentation: over shallow structure, along weed lines, close to banks, above submerged cover, or through open lanes where a strong silhouette pulls fish from a distance. With the right weight setting the OHIRA can be tuned shallow or cranked down to roughly 2.8 metres.

Kaesu RANKA – Spinnerbait with Knocking Blade System

The RANKA is a compact, multi-role spinnerbait with an adjustable weight system and Kaesu's Knocking Blade System. Fish it as a 3/8 oz, or convert it to 1/2 oz with the included 1/8 oz tungsten weight — one lure across different casting distances, retrieve speeds and depths.

It earns its place around weed, banks, stained water, structure and mid-water zones, where vibration, flash and a sudden change of action trigger the bite. Switch the Knocking Blade System on for irregular blade contact and speed variation, or off for a more standard spinnerbait action when you slow-roll near the bottom or come through vegetation.

Spare Parts for Your Kaesu Lures

These are lures you keep fishing rather than replace.
