The Nays TRN 190 is a two-piece swimbait built to be reconfigured. Swap the tail, swap the lip, and the same lure goes from a wide S-curve to a hard, aggressive action. That is the Rapid Switch System, and it takes seconds.

Both tails and both lips are in the box. The fishtail gives you the full 190 mm; with the beaver tail the lure measures 170 mm. All of them are available separately as spares, so you can keep reconfiguring the lure as the water and the fish change.

Depth is set by an insert weight that sits flush in the body, and you can fine-tune the action further with stick-on or external weights. Two BKK Crane swivels rated to 200 kg each join the segments: they take the abuse and they let the rear section move freely. The lure comes rigged with BKK Hyperlatch Super Slide hooks.
