Swimbait Republic Glideway 126

Swimbait Republic Glideway 126: Glidebait for Pike and Zander, 12.6 cm / 29.5 g

The Swimbait Republic Glideway 126 is the smaller Glideway, and the adjustable one. The lead weight stickers that come in the box let you set exactly where in the water column it fishes.

With no added weight it rises slowly and fishes floating. Fill the first cavity and it becomes suspending, hanging in the mid-water column. Fill both and it turns into a sinker, dropping in a controlled way toward the bottom. That makes it a true all-rounder: shallow water, mid-depths and the deeper zones out of one bait.

It is built to trigger pressured, wary fish. The glide is slow and realistic and does its best work on the pause, and the bait is balanced to hold a natural posture the moment you stop it. It still fishes at any speed and any style, from a fast steady retrieve to ultra-slow glides, walking the dog, twitching and heavy sweeps.
