Jackall Live Darter 52 – Sinking Darting Minnow

The Jackall Live Darter 52 is a compact sinking minnow with an ultra-realistic baitfish profile, designed for fast and erratic darting presentations. It performs best when worked with a series of short, sharp rod-tip movements that alternately tighten and release the line. This causes the lure to dart widely from side to side while also changing direction vertically, creating an unpredictable escape action that can trigger perch, black bass, chub and trout.

Excessive hook movement can create unwanted resistance and restrict the action of a small lure. The Live Darter solves this with a system that keeps the double hook positioned close to the body, reducing drag and allowing the lure to maintain its full range of movement.

The tail is made from soft tinsel that responds naturally to every movement of the lure. As the Live Darter reaches the end of each dart and begins to slow down, the tinsel tail continues to pulse and wave subtly. This lingering movement keeps the lure alive during pauses and can hold a predator’s attention long enough to trigger a strike.

The Jackall Live Darter 52 is particularly effective for targeting predatory fish suspended in the middle of the water column or holding close to the bottom. Its quick darting action helps attract active fish, while hover-strolling and slower mid-water presentations are highly effective in difficult conditions.
