Kaesu TOUDA

Kaesu TOUDA – Jointed JDM Crawler Bait for Pike and Bass

The Kaesu TOUDA is a 15 cm jointed crawler bait from Japan, made for topwater fishing for pike and bass. Its four-piece body twists along its length as you crawl it across the surface, and on a twitch the head shakes from side to side, so the lure keeps working even at a very slow pace.

Two 0.3 mm stainless steel wings catch the water and add resistance, which keeps the TOUDA close to the spot on twitches instead of running away from it. The wing mount is adjustable, so you can tune the lure for a fast surface sprint or a slow, subtle crawl. Rolling hook eyes let the trebles turn freely during the fight, which helps reduce lost fish.

You can also let it sit dead still or pause between twitches. The jointed body keeps changing its silhouette on the surface, and that is often when the bite comes.
